I wish to express EGSA’s full support for the ICT strategy and acknowledge the work of the Consortium. Implementation of such a strategy has the potential to realise many benefits and efficiencies for the sector especially in an age where digital inclusion and media literacy are of increasing importance.
Through our own experiences we have found that the deployment of ICT can make a significant difference in supporting and improving service delivery and therefore welcome this initiative.
EGSA will continue to support this work and encourage others to do so to ensure services within the voluntary and community sector are strengthened and expanded through the effective use of ICT.
