Objective 3 - To increase access to sustainable support responsive to the needs of the voluntary and community sector

Develop a sustainable collaborative support framework based on the eRider model.

Organisations need reliable, fit for purpose and easy to manage ICT. Good ICT support is critical. We propose to establish a model that helps organisations get more from the companies or providers they employ to deliver their support.

We will:

  • run a pilot eRider programme to develop a model
  • establish and promote a Northern Ireland eRider network
  • encourage private sector and social economy companies to deliver their services using the best practice model.
